This is a short course covering the first 3 stages of AFF Accelerated Freefall Skydiving program. The climax of the course will be a jump from a Cessna 208 Caravan at 14,000 feet. Throughout the weekend you’ll also learn powerful leadership and networking skills to use in your everyday life.
This weekend course will take place at Ramblers Drop Zone in Toogoolawah, Queensland. Here you’ll be introduced to a team of skydiving experts who will take you through the first 3 stages of the AFF course.
You’ll learn how to take control of your accelerated descent and pull your own parachute. The climax of the course will be a solo jump from a Cessna 208 Caravan at 14,000 feet.
Learning how to solo skydive is a life-changing experience. It’s an amazing feat that may help you reach new heights in other areas of your life.
Day 1: Arrive at Drop Zone on a Friday night.
Day 2: AFF Accelerated Freefall Skydiving course during the morning, followed by first tandem jump in the afternoon. Workshop and cook-up at night with adventurer Geoff Wilson.
Day 3: Continue with stages 2 and 3 of AFF Accelerated Freefall Skydiving course. Celebration and wrap up.
There is no specific training required for this expedition, although Drop Zone regulations require you to weigh under 100kg for purpose of freefall and parachute training.
Food and equipment will be supplied. Please contact us directly if you have any special dietary requirements. It can be quite chilly during your freefall, so a good layer underneath your jumpsuit will come in handy.
